When you submit an enquiry or complete a reservation, we collect and process personal information to fulfil that request. The enquiry form captures your name, email address, telephone number, pick-up and drop-off dates, and any message you add. We also log your IP address and browser user-agent string for security purposes. Cookies track session state and remember your language preference across visits. Google Analytics assigns an anonymous identifier to measure page views and referral sources without linking back to your identity.
Personal details go straight to the supplier you select. They contact you directly to confirm availability, send the voucher, and arrange payment terms. We keep a copy of each enquiry for twelve months to resolve disputes and improve the matching process. Email addresses may receive a single follow-up message if you abandon a form halfway through.
